The Research Committee of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law is composed of representatives of member law schools and academic research institutions who are committed to developing and supporting the development of research on various topics in environmental law. The Committee works to promote international cooperation among the Academy's member institutions on environmental law research, including generating new research proposals, organizing conference and workshops, facilitating quality assurance and peer review for research under the auspices of the Academy, and fostering publications and dissemination of research results.
